My name is Amanda Lindow

Designing Change for Good — that’s what I love.

Delivering creative and meaningful experiences that connect people is my passion. I bring a unique balance of right- and left-brain thinking, with a career rooted in the intersection of design, strategy, customer experience, and brand storytelling. I’ve led brand and design initiatives for high-profile companies like Abercrombie & Fitch, LBrands, and Lands’ End—helping shape how brands connect with their audiences in authentic and impactful ways.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Gamma Iota Sigma, a nonprofit dedicated to building a more inclusive talent pipeline within the insurance industry. In this role, I lead all marketing, branding, and social media strategy to elevate the organization’s mission, engage Gen Z audiences, and foster industry partnerships. My work has helped expand awareness, grow community engagement, and strengthen the impact of the GIS Foundation.

I’m also expanding my consulting services—offering branding, social media, and marketing solutions for purpose-driven businesses and nonprofits. Whether launching a campaign, building a content strategy, or creating a visual identity, I bring clarity, energy, and intention to every project.

My management style is rooted in enthusiasm, transparency, and collaboration. I’m a natural mentor and community builder who loves creating space for people to grow. As an avid volunteer, I never shy away from organizing a philanthropy event or team celebration—I believe work should be meaningful and fun.

At the heart of it all, I’m a visual storyteller and trend translator who thrives on connecting a brand’s purpose to its people. I combine creative insight with strategic planning to deliver bold, effective, and human-centered brand experiences that make a lasting impact.
